Reviews of Plaza Hotel

Luke
Great location near multiple tube lines and bus stops, plus affordable double room with private bathroom.

The rooms were budget for sink and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. A fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and television turned out to be good. The location was handy and easy, only 5 minutes walk to Lost Lagoon. Plus it was in a good area. All in all our stay was comfortable, nothing too much trouble.

Henry
Everyone who worked there was consistently courteous. Truly enjoyed how the double room for sink was arranged when we arrived. We booked it for £ 29.

Phil
The triple room was clean and affordable with a sink. Rewritten: I requested a triple room and it was tidy and reasonably priced, plus it had a sink.

It's an okay hotel, nothing more. It's old and weared down and you actually not always stay at the hotel you booked (Plaza hotel) but at the next-door house, hotel Rex or something. So actually I can't tell you how that Plaza hotel is (and don't get fooled by the fancy name =) )even though that's where I booked my room... However, if you're not too picky it's an okay hotel, decently nice staff, 24h check-in, the location is not too bad, very close to Westfield gallery which is agreat mall and there you have both bus stops and tube station and it's about 25 mins with the bus to Oxford circus, faster with tube of course. So the location is good if you're in London for some shopping but don't want to pay the prices of absolute central London.
As I said it's okay, but I had higher expectaions and was a bit disapointed.

For what i saw on the web page it looked nothing of the sort, the room was very small, didnt have a toilet in the room. We could hear every noise, which allowed us to have no sleep, the shower had no hot water. Wont be coming back again!

Clean and tranquil vibes here, with staff that are super friendly. the breakfast spread includes a good mix of cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. 🥣

It was cheap and a place to rest my head for the night, nothing else.
There was bird droppings on my pillow upon entering my room and the floor was damp because the fridge was leaking. The shower was covered in limescale and the walls were paper thin so you could hear everyone else in building. We didn't even dare stay to try the breakfast.

Hotel was very basic, and we did not have an en-suite room which on the confirmation it stated we had booked an en-suitre room
That there was no en-suite, the rooms were well worn
